The Restaurant of Hotel Casolare Le Terre Rosse has an outdoor setting in the summer months, and an inside setting, the “Locanda degli Artisti”, in the colder season, that has been recently renovated in a warm and refined style.
During the hot season the open air courtyard displays a pictoresque and romantic ambience, while in the cooler months the elegant inside restaurant provides the perfect atmosphere to taste the most typical dishes of the Tuscan and San Gimignano’s cousine. The dishes are prepared every day by our skilled Chefs and are based on meat, vegetables and fresh pasta.
Each course is accompanied by a selection of DOC wines (registered designation of origin) such as Chianti Colli Senesi, Chianti Classico, Chianti Riserva, the typical red wines of Tuscan vineyards such as Brunello di Montalcino, Nobile di Montepulciano and a small selection of white wines like Vernaccia.
Every day you can enjoy a buffet breakfast served in a bright room with a veranda overlooking the beautiful and huge park. You may choose among sweet and savoury food and the personnel will serve you warm drinks such as coffee, cappuccino, milk, hot chocolate or tea.
At the buffet you will find home baked cakes, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, weiners, biscuits and marmalade, croissants, yogurts, cold cuts, cheese, toasted bread, vegetables, fruit, juice, cereals and much more.
