What time can we check-in and check-out?
You can check-in at 2 pm and at 9 pm and must check out by 10 am. You may leave your luggage at the reception even after you have checked-out of your room.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express only for the check-out payment
What are your cancellation policies?
In Hotel
If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the first night will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later and in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In Apartment:
If the cancellation is made within 15 days before arrival day no fees will be charged.
Afterwards we will charge 30% of the total amount, i.e. we will not reimbourse the deposit.
In case of no-shows and late modifications we shall charge the customer’s credit card with the total
stay amount.
Do we have to pay a City Tax?
San Gimignano has introduced the City tax from March 1.st to October 31st., 2012 for all accommodations (DL 14/3/11 nr 23):
2.00 Euro per person per night in hotel, not included in the room rate1.50 Euro per person per night in the apartments, not included in the apartment rate.The city tax is not to be paid by: children until twelve years of age and
from the 11th. day of stay onwards
Can we organize tours to San Gimignano?
Our hotel is only 5 km from San Gimignano so you can easily get there in a five minute drive. If you prefer, we can take you there with our free bus service and organize a guided tour of the city for you.
Does the hotel have air conditioning and a pool?
Yes, all of our rooms have air conditioning. Our guests can use our big pool that is in the hotel park and also use our deckchairs, sun umbrellas and gazebo for free.
Does the hotel have Internet?
Yes, the Wi-Fi service is free of charge at the hotel for the first time and successivamante cost of 2 euros for 24 hours at the reception, in all public areas and rooms.
Animals accepted?
The small pets are welcome in our hotel at a cost of 8 euros per day, please notify when booking.
